Job Description

​We are looking for motivated self-starters with the desire to be part of an expanding team at a fast-paced integrated communications agency. In this role, we are looking for you to demonstrate you’re a great fit for a future career and not just an existing role.

This position will live within the Dynamik Influence sales team, reporting to the division Vice President. You will oversee existing client relationships, as well as be responsible for nurturing and growing business. This position is designed to be a launching pad to propel you on a successful career by learning from tenured professional sales executives. We are looking for professional individuals that share our philosophies of ‘making a difference’ versus ‘making a sale’ on behalf of the entire communications industry in which we serve. Preferred candidates demonstrate success and a proven track record in sales. This is a national-account level position based remotely.

Responsibilities Include

  • The highest level of integrity (the journey starts here)
  • Serve as an Account Executive for Dynamik Influence, selling our services to both agencies (PR, Media Buying and Shopper Marketing) and direct brands.
  • Work closely with leadership to devise and execute a business development plan and process which successfully secures new business
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the company’s ideal clients and service offerings to be ablet to speak to their value to prospective clients
  • Identify and spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s strategic goals in key markets
  • Coordinate new business communications, including call/email outreach, existing lead follow up, and introductory/capabilities presentations
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of current and potential clients to maximize business opportunities. Proactively identify potential clients; target them with concise and effective pitches
  • Effectively manage multiple business development initiatives with focused attention
  • Seek to build and maintain high-level, strategic relationships with key company leaders responsible for the PR function within their organizations
  • Collaborate and Partner with experienced sales executives and learn additional sales tactics to win deals together
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM and other technology platforms to track and report business development activities
  • Experience in selling PR Services to Healthcare, PR Agencies, Non-Profit Organizations, Government/Agencies, or Corporate (BtoB, BtoC) industries a plus.
